One Stop Fire delivered passive fire rectification across the whole building, closing out close to 200 registered penetrations from the basement carpark and ground-floor lobby through to Level 9. Works ran to fire resistance levels of -/60/60, -/90/90 and -/120/120 above unit entries, in kitchen and rear risers, garbage rooms, lift and lobby walls and the fire stair, using Promat Promasil 1100 fire board and mastic, Uni-collars and RF100, FCW and FCS collars, TBA Firefly HP mastic, fire batt and Peno wrap insulation, fire-rated mortar and Kilargo intumescent fire dampers. Separate stages covered a fire-rated enclosure to the exposed FIP cabling through the lobby-to-office fire wall in the commercial lot, and removal and reinstatement of reinforced Cafco fire spray to the Level 9 roof plant to allow a faulty mechanical exhaust fan to be replaced. Every location was photographed and issued in a final fire penetration register for consultant sign-off.
