Rectification of passive fire defects to services penetrating fire-rated elements throughout the basement and carpark, and throughout the common area lobbies, working through the penetration register provided by the fire consultant. Works covered removal of defective penetration barriers, construction of new fire-rated bulkheads, correct fixings and new fire collars where PVC pipes sat in close proximity, with a scheduled photographic report and consultant review.
