New Construction

We install passive fire systems from slab to handover, working in partnership with principal contractors and builders on the construction program rather than around it. We get involved early, reviewing drawings and fire engineering requirements and co-ordinating with the other trades. That way penetrations, fire-rated walls and ceilings, and service openings are planned properly, not found and fixed at the end of the job.

Our crews work in step with each stage of the build, sequencing works so they don't hold up following trades or put key milestones at risk. Every installation uses tested and approved systems that meet the National Construction Code and relevant Australian Standards, and each one is recorded as we go, so nothing is left to chase down before completion.

At practical completion you receive a full documentation and certification package: installation records, photographic evidence, product data and compliance certificates. It's ready to go straight into the building's fire safety schedule and support final certification, giving builders, certifiers and owners confidence that the building's passive fire protection has been done right from the ground up.
